“Stop manhandling me. I can get there on my own.” Adam shouted.

Dean used his thumb to ruffle the teenager’s hair.

“I know you can.” Dean said. The hunter set Adam back down on the floor. “You’re the one who doesn’t seem sure of himself.”

Adam’s string and hook were still hanging from the table that Adam had been trying to climb up. A stray breeze had caught Adam at just the right angle and surprised him. Thankfully Dean had been as vigilant as ever, and easily caught his youngest brother.

“Try it again!” Sam yelled from up top. “You’ve got to get back on the horse!”

“I know, I know.” Adam grumbled under his breath. Adam hopped out of his brother’s hand and walked back over to the string. He rubbed his hands together and then started up. He had noticed that since his shrinking he had definitely gotten stronger. It wasn’t really all that hard to pull himself up the rope. The hard part was keeping a grip on the string in the midst of it swinging every which way.

“Use your legs too!” Sam called down.

Adam cursed himself for nor remembering, and wrapped the string around his legs. It made the string much more stable.

“There you go.” Dean said. Adam steadfastly ignored the hand that was held under him. After all, just a few minutes ago he had proved how necessary it was.

Adam rolled over the top a few minutes later.

“Good job.” Sam hauled him up to his feet. Adam was still getting used to Sam’s height advantage on him. It was weird, because Sam’s height actually stood out to him more than Dean’s did. It was probably just because Sam was stuck under the same curse that he was.

Dean sat down at the table, and opened up lunch. Adam was immediately overwhelmed by the smell of cheeseburger.

“Dibs!” Adam called.

“You can’t dibs food that is bigger than you are.” Dean protested.

“All food is bigger than I am.” Adam pointed out.

“Not true.” Dean pulled out a fry and held it up next to Adam. It only came up to his shoulders. “See.”

“I still dibs the burger.”

Dean rolled his eyes and nudged the Styrofoam toward Adam. “Fine, but I got dibs on leftovers.”

“I don’t want it anyways.” Sam said. “You get any salad?”

“You’re such a rabbit.”

“Excuse me if I’m not a bit concerned about staying healthy.”

“Are you kidding?” Adam asked. “With all the exercise we get, I doubt we have an ounce of fat on us anywhere.”

Adam strode up to the white container with the cheesy goodness inside. He leaped up, easily clearing the edge that been about chest level for him. Another advantage of being small. He could jump way higher proportionately speaking.

Adam tried to land on the edge of the container, but he slipped. Just because you could jump higher didn’t necessarily mean you could land better. He face planted right into some cheese that had dripped off the still warm burger.

Dean burst into laughter that he struggled to keep quiet for his brothers’ sake. Sam jumped up to see what had happened then started laughing himself.

“Yeah, yeah, laugh it up.” Adam grumbled again as he sat up. He licked the cheese off his hands. He then turned and started in on the burger. He really didn’t mind his brothers laughing at him. It had been hilarious. Adam smiled as a thought entered his head.

He gobbed up some of the goopy cheese into a ball. Then he looked over the edge of the Styrofoam, took aim, and lobbed the cheese ball right at Sam. It hit him squarely on the head. His long shaggy hair was now covered in cheese.

“Oh you have no idea what you’ve started.” Dean murmured. Adam shrugged and grabbed a piece of burger for himself.

Thirty minutes later, Sam and Adam were both covered in cheese, fry, beef, mustard, and just about everything else that had been on the burger.

“You guys take the whole food fight thing to a new level.” Dean had sat back and watched, and not gotten involved. It had been much more entertaining to spectate this one.

“How come he’s clean?” Adam asked.

“Because he’s a party pooper.” Sam replied easily.

Sam and Adam smiled at each other and looked toward Dean.

“Whoever gets the most food in his hair wins?” Sam asked.

“Sounds good to me.”

“Don’t you dare.” Dean threatened.

Another thirty minutes later, and Sam and Adam had somehow managed to get practically the entire burger on top of Dean’s head. Dean still to this day can’t figure out how they managed to do that in the midst of him picking them off of his jacket and setting them back on the table.

“Alright, you can have the rest.” Adam smiled.

“Thanks.” Dean replied. He picked up the pieces out of his hair. “I think I’ll order some Chinese though.”
Sam and Adam are master food fighters. Poor Dean never had a chance. :)

Why didn't Dean just get away from the table? Might have ended up with more burger and stuff in him then in his hair.🙂😀😄😁😆😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😵
